 One or more most useful activex controls activex controls be shown for the reason that either: 

1. your present security settings forbid running activex  controls on this page, or 
 
2. you have obstructed a distributer of one of the controls. Therefore, the page should not showcase rightly. 
 
The cautioning pop-up opens just when I click on Enlarged tab. The issue has nothing to do with IE security, for the reason that I can open pages with ActiveX controls on them and so.

ActiveX controls that provide user interfaces also called as interactive controls. When an Applet type, Embedded type and Object elements types web pages to load an ActiveX control, then the user interface is blocked, and it is blocked till the user activates it. It is occurs on such OnBlur, OnClick etc events.
 
Internet Explorer handles some Web pages that use ActiveX controls and Java add-ins. Examples of ActiveX controls:

2. Sun Java Virtual Machine
3. Real Networks RealPlayer
