Guys I really need your attentions!
If you see this post can you identify and share your ideas about this problem?
This problem started when I finished installing the Yahoo Messenger. When the installation finish the icons are being changed?!
When I restart the computer the icon still the same in format. I uninstalled the Yahoo Messenger still the icons remain invalid as you have seen the image above. When I open the icon it normally functions only the icon has been changed in format.
Guys can you help me how the icons be back in normal format? It only seen as a box.

Missing Icons after installing Yahoo Messenger on Win 7
I can realized that your current operating system is Microsoft Windows 7.
You have mentioned that you install Yahoo messenger to your computer. I think windows system files has been changed because of your above installation.
You can solve this problem if you restore your operating system for a early date before you install yahoo Messenger. you can follow this steps. control pannel-click Recovery – open system restore………
If it will be not fix you have to install your Operating System again.

Your icon cache has become corrupted after installing yahoo messenger. I can see that all the desktop icons don’t look the same as it was and the simplest resolution for this is performing system restore. System restore is a component of Windows 7 which is currently the operating system that you are using which allows you to go back to the previous state before installing certain software, changing system files or registry key.
First, click on start button or the windows icon at bottom left part of your computer. You can simply type system restore on the search box or click all programs then select accessories, next select system tool folder and you’ll find the system restore program. A window will show up saying restore system files and settings.
Just click the next button and it will lead you to the next window which will give you the restore point or the date when you made some changes on your computer or sometimes you would also see automatic restore points. Please select a restore point before you installed yahoo messenger and click next. Lastly, select finish button after confirming the restore point. It would automatically restart your computer.
It takes several minutes for it to complete the process. Once it’s done a window will appear saying that the process was successful.
