Location of Documents and Settings to a different drive

I want to change the location of  Documents and Settings to a different drive.

The default location under Windows XP is under C:Documents and Settings.

I need to transfer my user data which is located at c:Documents and SettingsMaster to a different drive altogether.

Is there a way to do this without inviting errors and system conflicts?

I know there is a way to move the default location of My Documents to a different folder/drive, but I am talking about the

Documents and Settings” folder where the user desktop settings, temp, data, application files are automatically stored by Windows XP.

Window XP do not provide this option to change the default setting because the source code of window XP is not available you can make these change by making changes in the source code of any software. This is the default location of the folder document and setting and can't be changed. If you want to make change you should have to use open source software which provide these facility to user to change the setting according to their own taste. The main advantage of open source software are that you will be provided the source code. and you can make changes in the source code according to your requirement. Thanks
