I am trying to run the Netflix app in my Samsung Smart TV. As I enter the login information into the app, it shows an error “there was an error processing your request netflix,” and also that the login details do not match. I have tried to Sign In using my computer as well with the same credentials, but it runs without any error. I don’t understand what is the problem with my Smart TV.

It seems like the error has occurred due to the reason that you are not signed out of the Netflix app because of some problem or so. Open the Netflix app firstly. Now, all you have to do is press the following sequence of the arrow keys on your TV remote.

UP key, UP key, UP key, DOWN key, DOWN key, LEFT key, RIGHT key, LEFT key, RIGHT key, UP key, UP key, UP key, UP key.

You will be directed to a menu after this. Then, click on Sign Out and then again try to sign in.
