I want to use the ink feature in Microsoft Word for signing purposes.
But my problem is I cannot locate the ink feature.
Any other tools to sign digital documents and confirm the authentication of these?
I also want to digitally lock Excel files.
 
I am not familiar with other tools used to sign digital documents either in Word or Excel. But heres my suggestion. Its much easier solution for your problem.
Follow the steps below:
1. Write your signature on a clean paper with a dark ink pen. Make it clear.
2. If you have a scanner, please scan your signature and save it to your computer on JPG file.
3. On your computer, open your Microsoft Word. Click Insert and then select Picture. You can resize the image. Remove also unnecessary space. Double click the image and click Crop. Now you can resize the image as you wish.
Now save signature to use in the future and other documents. Click on the image to highlight, right click and select Auto Text-New. Then the dialog box will appear. Write the name you use for your signature and click ok.
4. Every time you want to use your digital signature, just simply go to Insert – Normal – then your signature name. Easy, no need to use ink your signature will automatically appear in your digital signature.
