Before going to any solution kindly ensure that the date and time of your system are correct, if not correct and restart your system.
If the problem continues to follow the steps:
1. Open the Internet Explorer.
2. Select Tools and navigate to the Internet Options.
3. Hit on the Advanced tab and go to security pane.
4. Uncheck the check for publisher’s certificate revocation.
5. Check the check for server certificate revocation.
6. Click Apply and then OK.
