How to get a virus free phone

I am having some files in my phone & memory card like autorun.inf ,copy of shortcut.It comes whenever i connect my phone to my desktop computer.Even if i don't open the memory card in my pc while its connected to my pc it still contains these viruses after removing the data cable.How can I get out of this problem?

How to get a virus free phone

Hi, in order to help you need to provide the model of your phone otherwise you need to flash your phone , and that means that you will have to wash away all the memory of your phone and that will ensure to delete all the files included in undesired ones,

How to get a virus free phone

 

The files like desktop.ini are not type of a virus. Instead these are some necessary files required by the Operating system to perform several functions. These files are placed in every folder but are hidden. You can use your Folder Options settings to hide such type files. In order to get rid of viruses existing in your mobile you can use one of these techniques;

·         Use an antivirus program compatible with your mobile phone and scan the whole phone.

·         Connect your phone with the PC using data cable and scan the whole phone drive using Antivirus program in your PC. This will be less time consuming and most efficient way.
