Hi there is a big problem in my computer. I locked some important file but now I cannot open that’s file.
I need those file because that’s file is very important. When I go to open that file, I see an error message. Error message is
Error Code 33
The process cannot access the file because another process has locked portion of the file.
Now please help me to get those file from my computer.

This problem mainly occurs because by outdated or corrupt drivers. So the operating system is unable to keep your drivers up to date because of system malfunctions and device problems.
You can identify the device that occurs the error.
To do that:
1. Go to control panel.
2. In the Control Panel, double-click System, click the Hardware tab, and then click Device Manager.
3. Double-click a device type you want.
4. Double-click a device to view its properties. If an error code has been generated, the code appears in the Device Status box that is on the General tab.

You can try making the folder accessing by making sure that the files has been set as read only. Just right click on the file and then choose properties. Click on the Security tab, and then click on edit in the window that will open and then allow the full control option, read and write, modify and then apply the changes. Go back and try to open the file and see it opens.
Otherwise there could be another program that is using the file that you want to open, and therefore you have to close it first. Close all the programs that have opened and then try to open the file. If it does not work restart the computer to shut down all the processes and then try opening the file after the computer has restarted.
