I did a small testing with this fresh client and approximately each Citrix WI site comes up with an SSL error 61.

The attached image shows the error message. Does anybody's idea to solve this?

Please let me know

Dear user,
I have done a research for your problem via have found a solution.

This error occurs because the Ubuntu 10.4 is getting into your work through Citrix.

You have to download AddTrustExternalCARoot.crt.

After downloading, move AddTrustExternalCARoot.crt to usr/lib/ICAClient/keystore/cacerts by using sudo mv.

Hope this will help you.
Thank you.

You are getting the SSL error 61 on your system because the SSL certificate is missing from the ICAClient folder/usr/lib/ICAClient/keystore/cacerts.
To resolve this issue:
1) Go to the Firefox and select  Edit -> preferences -> Advanced -> View certificates -> authorities tab -> find the missing certificate and export it to the local folder in the system
2) After exporting certificate to your local folder, export the certificate  to  /usr/lib/ICAClient/keystore/cacerts folder from the window that has the root permissions
3) As the certificate is in the ICAClient folder you will be able to run the client and connect
