I had a Creative Audigy 2 ZS? However I attempted to access the EAX CONSOLE. I received an error message which you can see below in the attached image. How can I rid off from here? Need assistance

Hi there Dwight D Lee

There are two ways that you can get rid of this issue, this is a problem caused by the installation error

Solution 1

You need to format the whole system, Drive C

Solution 2

1st Make sure that the onboard audio system is not disabled, you can manage it by going to control panel > Hardware and sounds

If this step did not work go to the step 2

2nd By using the audio CD or control panel uninstall software and drivers

3rd Go to the driver installed folder in C: and find your driver module and delete registry file, we need to do this manually since uninstalling won’t remove this file from the computer

4th Go to start > Run > Type Regedit and hit enter

5th Find this path

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionUninstall

6th Delete this file from it 

5CDDF96A-BC34-4D72-9ABA-EFFF0C39977

7th Reinstall the software and drivers using your CD
