I recently purchased a PC Lock for my computer. I'm trying to install it, but I keep on getting the following message.
It had never been installed on this computer before!
Any ideas as to what I can do?
PC Lock is already installed on your computer and cannot be installed again.

I have few questions regarding this.
First do you get any PC lock password prompt when you login to your system?
Second, are you still able to access your files in your system if so check whether is it showing any encrypted message in your system.
If your answer is no for above questions then you have only one option to do.
If you have not installed any PC lock version previously, you just need to contact their customer care support team in order to resolve this issue.Â
