A few days ago,

I collected the "OpenSpan Studio Stand-alone Edition" v4. 5.361 and tried to install.

After extracting the zip file, I started running the MSI file.

At that moment I got an error message.

Installer Error on 4.5.361

The message says,

"Could not access network location ItemtemplatesOpenspan studioMiscellaneous1033"

I can’t guess what the problem is.

Do you? If yes,

Please help me.

Hello,

To solve this issue OpenSpan Dump Utility needs to be installed in your computer. This tool will check all the processes that throw such an exception error.  
 
This tool is very useful and will debug your system in order to locate any problem. The errors will be logged to a dumped file. Contact OpenSpan support team and send them the log file.
 
Dump Utility could be installed for the following OpenSpan versions: Version 5.1 Service Pack 1 or higher, Version 5.2 Service Pack 2 or higher, Version 5.3 or higher.
