Is it possible to remove AD forcibly from a server and what to do next ? Can one have the user passwords from the AD database ?

Hi, 

I will give my best to help you and explain you that you cannot get the passwords.
They are stored in a manner that cannot be retrieved, so you cannot just enter and get them out. You can still use the method called brute force or dictionary but I do not suggest you to do such a thing.

Unless the policy to store those passcodes is set to reversible encryption, you do not have access.
