Hi DwayneJames36,

Yes, your PC has been infected by virus. To be safe from virus, trojan etc. always uses updated antivirus and updates them regular basis, always scan files when insert pendrive or other removable media and internet. You have not mentioned whether you have any antivirus installed. To stop this problem, full scan your PC by any reputed antivirus software. Latest Kaspersky Internet Security software can help you in this case because I disinfected one of my office PC 5 months ago.

Best of luck

Hello DwayneJames36

Hope you are fine.

There are two ways to overcome this problem. First you have to install a good antivirus for this purpose. Here is link to download effective antivirus.

The other way is to restore your pc by simply follow the simple steps and i hope it will work for you.

1. Restart your computer.

2. On rebooting, press F8 and select safe mode.

3. Open cmd (command prompt) .

4. Type rstrui.exe and hit enter.

5. There will open a window stating  system restore.

6. State the date when you think that your computer was good and submit.

It can overcome the restarting issue. But if virus cannot be removed. You can remove it by avast antivirus.
