HP Pavilion M9400t keeps on hanging

I am using my HP Pavilion M9400t with Windows Vista OS. The desktop is working fine. But after several minutes of starting, it got slower and just stop from working. I have navigated all around the screen using my mouse and keyboard but it still didn’t work and is not responding. I tried to open it again using safe mode with an active internet connection. It started up and worked but the internet has limited access only. I can’t visit different websites because of the limitation. Before that happened, I had a problem regarding my wireless card. You can see a question mark on the device manager which means that the driver for the card reader is not installed. Then I tried to use it via wired connection and make some updates on my device driver. My desktop has worked fine after the said changes. But when I returned it on downstairs of our house where it used to be, it started up and stopped working again. So I instantly shut it down.  Does anyone encounter the same thing? How did you handle it and how did you resolve it? Thanks in advance for your helpful deeds.

Hi,

Hang windows with two main reason.

In this problem check your computer that it have a good any virus and run scan for virus. Your computer has good antispyware and run scan for spyware error.

Second, if your computer has crash with many hard reboot or power frailer, then try to repair your windows with installation disk. As you say that you did it. Try once more.

If you tried using a wireless network adapter on your computer and then you encountered the problem, check if the driver was installed properly. Any hardware you add or install on your computer has to be installed with a driver unless the device is supported by Windows then you may no longer need a driver.

If you see a question mark on your wireless adapter in the Device Manager then it is obvious that something is not right with the device. If your computer stops working and the wireless adapter is still installed, remove it from your computer because it is already affecting other components from working properly. To fix the problem, simply install the driver for the wireless adapter.

Go to HP Pavilion Elite m9400t CTO Desktop PC and download all the drivers required by your computer. “CTO” means “configure-to-order”. A CTO PC is a computer that you can purchase with options and components that fit your needs. It is a custom made or made to order type of PC where you can decide which components to put on your machine.
