First you have to choose the medium that either you want to log your file in Ms word ,excel or in any other medium.

After that create a file for each employ so that you can record them properly.

You have to make passwords so that no other can see the things.

It should start with time and date so that you can make it in a proper format.

Write each and every comment and not try to be vulgar so that you can maintain it in a good way.

Information about goals and ideas and other things must be written correctly.

The main and important thing is the time and date, when the conversation start, after that you save all of your conversation in the file. Make a file which you are easily to be used,

Give that file to each employ they will write the remarks on that.

Hi Peiann,

First choose a format where you can pick up document or write the conversation in own hand.

As for you can choose the style you are most interested in.

Each employees talk must kept in a file or print out sheet or save it to employees physical file but employees privacy must be the first priority. Log conversations must kept with the time and date and patterns must be correct to address.

Specifically make vague statement such as who is 30 minutes late to work or the overtime work.
