Hi!

I am just new here and would like to give a good introduction. Can you help me fix my problem with my Android Phone? I am using Lollipop and this is the platform installed since I bought this phone. It keeps on loosing memory and lag issues keeps on bothering me. One time my boss called me, and I tried to answer the call but it is only showing the button that I already answered it but I cannot hear anything from the other line. Can you help me resolve this problem? What could be the possible cause for this?

This is a common issue in many instances, which may also result in slow responsiveness, freezing & crashing the device.
So, please try following these strategies,
  • Restart the device (since a refreshing reboot has the capability to fix certain system issues)
  • Check for system updates and install them if avilable
  • Identify & remov the applications with issues
  • Delete cache & other temporary files from the memory
 
If all the attempts prove useless, it is advisable to reset the default factory settings so that the device is freed from any processes related to the issue.
