I am amazed with the things the 3-D printer can do now a days. Can i know the cost/Brands/Best places to buy/Softwares used etc

I occasionally print my lectures, assignments etc but this is once in a while. I noticed that the cartridges run out quickly. Let’s say much quicker that they opt to be. Is there a way I can preserve the cartridges to last longer keeping in mind that I am an infrequent user?

After restarting Windows the "umbrella is closed" – the AntiVir Guard and the Firewall don't work. After pressing the "start service" button next to Firewall I get a message that it can't be started.
