I am using a Windows XP machine in a virtual machine environment as the robot we are running can only run faster using it. The robot at I am mentioning here is an Excel file with macros in it that runs automatically when the items or cells are entered with data. Together with the robot, we are using Microsoft Outlook to send the data.

There is just one Microsoft Word file that I have here that is so disgusting. Whatever I do to delete it, it keeps on coming back. The normal deleting of the document will not work. I tried pressing Shift + Delete either. The file keeps on coming back after rebooting the computer. I am so terrified I am thinking that this could be a virus already.

So, I updated my Norton Antivirus, scanned my whole system and nothing was tracked. I am just so confused about what is being so special about this file, since this is not happening in my other Word documents that I have already deleted.

I am currently working in a financial institution which requires me to enter account numbers in Excel. All was fine until I encountered an issue which I cannot get out with.

This entails an account number with two zeros at the beginning. Of course, I cannot specify the exact account number, so I apologize for that. I tried typing the account number in Word, Notepad, Wordpad then pasted it in Excel, but just the same, it automatically omitted the two zeros.

I tried to look in formatting the Excel, but I cannot seem to see any option that would retain the two zeros at the beginning of the account number.

I am an old Facebook user. Recently I found some problems with my Facebook account. Some of my friends have the tab named, find friends in their Facebook account. I do not have such a tab.

In the message option many have their complete chat history and I do not have such history in my message option. I can not find out what the problem is.
