Questions Solved
When I came home after work today and used my computer, my Seagate 100 GB Portable External Hard Drive suddenly got an error that says "Operating System Not Found". I am in a big trouble here because I have a lot of important files on it.
I tried a few troubleshooting steps like rebooting the PC, unplugged plus re-plugged the external HDD and even hooking it up to another computer. Windows 7 is my operating system and nothing has changed. Once the external HDD is unplugged, I can boot it to the operating system.
Anyone who has a good suggestion please help me.
Thanks.

Need help from the expert! I do have a SD card which I bought a few months ago. I use it as storage for my movies, pictures and some important files. Recently I try to delete some files because I ‘m almost out of memory storage. The problem is I included some important files. I try to check the recycle bin if my files are there and restored it but there are no files available. I try to find file restoration software in the net but none of them seems to work.
The worst part is I downloaded software that is attached with a malware, thanks god my malware protection program blocked it before it can cause serious damage to my system Is there any legitimate software for file restoration? If I reformat a device is it still possible to retrieve deleted files?

Is the free version of Antivirus reliable or not?
I installed a free version of Avast Antivirus scanner for my laptop. I prefer using the free version as it doesn’t cost any money. I’ve been using my Antivirus for the past few weeks and it seemed that everything is going fine. It detects incoming virus/worm threat s and blocks suspected Malware. Every week I always perform a full scan of my system and a few viruses are detected. So far my system is free from viruses.

I downloaded a movie from a site. The movie was split into 4 parts so I’ve clicked the entire given link and redirects me to a file hosting site (mediafire). I been use to download files in mediafire and I think it is secure and using a free download manager it accelerate my download speed good isn’t it? Hmm…, so far for this chit chat =). Ok, after i download all the 4 parts, I open up the folder where the download file are save and found out that it cannot be extracted using winrar. I don’t know how to extract the parts. As far I know winrar uses “.rar” as a file extension but this one is different.
To make more clarification of what kind of file I download here are the file name with its file extension.

But this is totally disturbing if it stuck whenever I open my computer. I never been delinquent when in terms of taking care of my personal things, my computer never had any problem for the past years. Although sometimes some of my programs hangs without knowing what causing it to stop. But I do manual scanning for viruses each and every time. I open my computer, so I don't really know what's interrupting my system to run like this. I never had any computer crashes moment and all my softwares and drivers are up to date.
