Can’t access pendrive from Haier laptop

Since last 3 month I am using Haier T3B Laptop.

For a couple of week I am facing a problem. When I enter my pen drive to the USB option, I hear the beep sound and the light of pen drive blinks.

But after 4 or 5 seconds later light become off and I can’t access to the pen drive.

But this pen drive I can use in another PC.

I can’t understand what is happening.

Printer spooler does not stay running

I am having trouble printing all of a sudden.

My printers have all disappeared. Keep getting the error "Operation could not be completed.

The print spooler service is not running." 

I am running XP pro with service pac 3. 

HP all in one printer. I have restarted the printer spooler service several times and it will not stay on.

It is also set to automatic. Have deleted printer and tried installing from scratch and will not compete.

Please help I have been researching this problem and nothing seems to work.

Hopefully someone here can help.
