I’m just wondering if someone can help me troubleshoot my restoration problem with my Netgear wireless router wgr614 v3. I unfortunately forgot my password, so I thought the best remedy would be to restore it to the original factory settings, which I did. But even if I’ve done so, it’s still asking me for a password, so what should I do? Somebody help me please.

Hello there.  I'm trying to install Salesforce 2013 contact e management software that has email integration and remote synchronization but the installation process won't push through.  It will install halfway then just stop.  What could be the problem?  I'm installing it on a Windows 8 OS system.
