I want to manage my file encryption certificate. I’m currently working on Windows7. Please provide me the steps for managing it.

Follow the steps to manage your certificate.
Step1. Open control panel from start menu and press enter.
Step2. Click on user accounts after the control panel open.
Step3. In the right side of the window click on manage your file encryption certificates.
Step4. Just click on next button after manage your file encryption certificate open.
Step5. Select the existing or for the new certificate, depending on your choice and then click on next.
Step6. Click the type of certificate you want, and then click on next.
Step7. Select your choice to takes backup of your file.
