I have my Penalization software but an error notification keeps on appearing “FileSYNSOACC.DLL could not be located in the windows system folders”. Where can I find this and what should I do after that? I need someone to help me on this. Thanks in advance.
If it’s a software file that’s missing then you can always find it in your installation disc.
Just insert the disc browse through the folders until you find the missing file in this case FileSYNSOACC.DLL then copy and paste it to the application folder.
You can also just download the file online.
However, the safest fix is to completely uninstall the program or application.
Make sure that all files are removed then restart the computer.
Once it’s back up we can reinstall the program.
It’s tedious but this way you can be sure that all files are installed properly and in their proper folders.
