Windows SDK for iPad Development

I am looking forward to start developing iPad applications on my Windows machine but I have hardly had any luck succeeding in it. I even went through the plenty of iPad related forums and came down to this list of two such SDKs:

1. Dragon Fire SDK
2. RhoHub

However, I am still not sure which one to go with. Can anyone please suggest?

PS: Please do not reply saying why not buy a Mac as that is not in my budget for now.

When you Test Build Bundle: Unlimited Test Builds, Download Your App to your iPhone , Sync via iTunes
App Store Bundles: Includes 1 App Store Build, Release your App to the App Store , (Additional App Store Builds $10 each).
