Hello Guys.

I cannot play videos to my computer. I can play my videos to other music player but when I am trying to play with Windows Media player the error message pops up and said “there is a problem to my video card”.

I know my video card works well because it can play other videos on my other music player.

Can anyone please help me to this one?

Thanks.

Try updating you Windows Media Player version to the latest one available for your operating system. It may be corrupted or the current version that you have may not support the video format that you are trying to play. You can also try running a system file checker, this should try and check if there are file system problems in your machine and the computer will try and fix it. To run it, just open the command prompt and type in sfc /scannow and press Enter. Windows will try to fix any problem and if it can't it will inform you about it and point you to a log file which may or may not contain possible ways to fix the problem.

Hello Dear,

It seems that you have not installed your video card properly.

Check your video card and look for its driver updates.

You have to update its driver.

In fact, if you do not install the video driver, then this error will show on your screen when you try to play any video file.

Please go to this website and search for your device model to find drivers.

I hope it will remove the problem.

Thanks.
