Hi,

I am Lionel and I am facing a problem with Windows Live Messenger.

The WLM is not uninstalling. Even after the reinstallation, it still does not work. I repeat, the WLMUninstaller does not work at all. Even when I reinstalled the messenger, it still did not work. I have been trying really hard to fix this issue, but nothing has worked. I even tried cleaning my computer’s registry with ERRROREND but to no avail. The closest I got to using it was when I tried to sign in, but then it got stuck there. Please help me. Thanks!

Hi

When have done all the things and still it is not able to uninstall Windows live messenger. Then the only option is make some changes and make changes according to the window and then again install your window. Before re-installing the window make the tries whatever you want and then do this. It will help you and sort out your problem. This is the easy solution for you. Just repair the window in fact instead of repairing the windows. Install your window again and this is the only choice you have left all the other choices you have done so this is the only option you can do so do this and install the window new.

In Windows 7, the Windows Live Messenger app is part of Windows Live Essentials and removing it from the package is the same as removing a feature in Microsoft Office suite. But before uninstalling Windows Live Messenger, make sure you install all updates for the application. To check for updates, click “Start”, “Control Panel” then set the view to “Small icons” on the upper right corner of the screen.

Next, click “Windows Update”. If updates are available for installation, click “Install Updates”. Also, make sure you are using the latest version of Windows Live Essentials. Now, to uninstall Windows Live Messenger, click “Start”, “Control Panel” then “Programs and Features”. Scroll down to the bottom of the list then right-click “Windows Live Essentials” and select “Change”.

On the next screen, click “Remove one or more Windows Live Programs” then check “Messenger”.

Uninstall Windows Live Messenger
Uninstall Windows Live Messenger

Finally, click “Uninstall” then follow the instructions. This completely removes Windows Live Messenger from your computer.
