Windows cannot locate printer source

I just opened my computer shop last week and part of my business is accepting printing jobs. I have three new working printers which I also bought when I opened this shop of mine.

Well, when I tried to print a couple of papers but something went wrong. It always says that I need to connect my printer which I already did. So can anyone there help me with this problem?

Windows cannot locate printer source

First of all check whether your printer is being detected by your computer. Do you see any kind of notification in system try when you plug your printer with your Computer? If yes, then go for the next that have your installed your printer properly.

You must have driver’s CD with your printer which is provided when you purchase printer. If you have installed in properly any still you are facing problem then you need to bring your printer to service center.

Since it seems that it is because of some technical fault in printer. You can confirm your printer’s installation using device manager.
