Windows 8 environment error during the recovery

Hi there,

This evening I had this “surprise” when I opened my laptop with Windows 8.1. I think I have this error because of the system updates; I didn’t change a thing in the system before shut down. What could be the problem ? Please help me to solve this Windows error.

Error Code: 0xc0000001 is called Windows 8 Blue Screen of Death (BSOD). It occurs without any particular issue.

Solution:

·         Turn off the machine.

·         Power it again (press SHIFT + F8  key without delay)

[You will see a screen]

·         Click ‘See advanced repair options’ [from the next screen]

·         Click ‘Troubleshoot’

·         Click ‘Advanced Options’ [from the next screen]

·         Click ‘Windows Startup Settings’ [In Advanced Options]

·         Click ‘Restart’.
