Windows 7 Sleep mode problem

Hi,

I have a problem about my PC. Every time I resume it from its sleep mode, I don't see a thing in my screen/monitor. All I see is a black screen, but it is not turned off and i don't hear any beeps either. How should I fix it? By the way, I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate Version.

Windows 7 Sleep mode problem

Your problem is that your computer go to sleep mode by itself. If yes this is your problem then what you have to do. There are some option which you have to change and you will get rid of this problem. You have to Right click on you desktop and select the personalize option. In personalize the display option and make some change there.

You have to uncheck the setting for change to sleep mode if the system is idle for the time will be defined there in the option. You to just make change there and the problem will solve. Hope you will follow these steps.

Windows 7 Sleep mode problem

Hello JameBonds!

I was also facing this problem on my laptop, Windows7 was unable to resume but it flicker screen. I have updated my Bios to the latest version. After that this issue was resolved. You can check this too.
