I want to know about the recent problem I am facing that whenever I tried to open my Mozilla it gives an error.
I want to know why it is happening and what is its soln.plz help me
Try to do the followings:
1. Start > Programs > Mozilla Firefox(open as safe mode). Is it working here?
It may be an imperfect THEME problem.
Then, Go to Tools and Clear Private Data. Restart you System, (hope to clear)
2. Uninstall Firefox, Go to start > Explore >Tools >Folder Options > View > Show hidden files, now open C:Documents and Settings [User]application dataMozilla.
Here delete every file in this folder and re-install it again.
3. It happens many Add-ons can stop application to begin. When Firefox is opened, it runs in downplay.
Try to do this:
a) Close Firefox in Task Manger,
b) Now to Programs > Mozilla Firefox > Firefox (in safe mode)
c) Now halt all add-ons in the confirm list.
d) Save the specific changes and Restart.
