Hello Jefrey,
Barnes & Noble decreased its Android-based Nook lineup's prices in what seems like a response to the positive reaction it got from Google's $ 200 Nexus 7. It has sliced the prices for all its three Android based, 7 inch Nook Tablets. The 16 GB as well as the 8 GB models now go at $ 199 and $ 179. They were initially $249 and $ 199 respectively.
The Nook color goes at a price of 20 bones cheaper as compared to its initial price of $ 149. Whether the prices are too good to be true is something that has not been established yet as you can compared to similar gadgets like the Kindle Fire. That will be established with more reviews that will come out.
Regards,
Carl
