Why avid media log portable is not accepting imported log files?

Hi. Avid media log portable recodes log files of different shots but a problem occurs when I try to import log file. I have checked log format also and different requirements for this but imported logs files are not working and showing error.

Hello there! Maybe it's because of a recent software error. Usually this is just temporary as codes are never perfect. But in the case that this happens regularly and more than usual, you may try to consider downloading the software again and try reinstalling. First remove the previous software, and then try to install again. If the problem is still there, you may try running the program as Administrator. Cheers!
