This error is caused by Ms. Office; it is a run time error. Suppose you have an older version of Ms. Office and you install a new trial version of it this may cause a mistake as you have multiple copies of Ms. Office. This is the reason you should always avoid various copies of a single application as it may cause various problems; one of them is automation error. Library not registered.

To fix this error open the run prompt by typing Windows + R and type Regedit, you will get a list of options in that select and expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, in that go to classes and expand TypLib. Select 1.8 and delete it.

If this also doesn’t resolve your error, then you should uninstall all the copies of Ms. Office, perform a full PC scan and reinstall Ms. Office.
