I have heard that windows xp/vista/windows7 require driver/optimizer to fix in process problems.I have installed recently windows 7 in my notebook.Can anybody inform me as where to find quad core optimizer windows 7?Thanks.

I will disappoint you and say that there's no quad-core optimizer. Windows XP had some issues with time stamp counter which decreased performance with dual-core processors. As you said you have a quad-core processor and Windows 7 installed on your machine so you don't need to worry about any optimizing software. Windows 7 does it all by itself.

Another application that you might find useful is the AMD System monitor application. It allows you to see the amount of load your CPU and GPU is under when doing certain tasks.
This will allow you to see if all the cores of your CPU are being utilized correctly.
