I am working on a project in Maya 2012 in Windows 7. I need to create on ocean and waves crashing but am unable to do it. Can anyone guide me crashing wave in Maya 2012.

Creating waves and ocean crashing in windows 7 using Maya 2012, probably not easy way. But try it by creating this animations, anyway, animations are subject to the computer specs, if it can handle the work. You can look for this video:
