Hi,

Today, when I tried to open MuseScore I got an error message saying it has stopped working. I installed the new version but still sowed the same error message. I really need your help to resolve this issue. Any help would be appreciated.

MuseScore: Load SoundFont

Loading SoundFont

“C:/Program Files (×86)/MuseScore//sound/TimGM6mb.sf2”

Failed. Playback will be disabled.

Go to Display > Synthesizer

And check that the file location is correct

It seems like the file TimGM6mb.sf2 was moved from your directory. A program or changes on your system during your installation might cause the problem. The first step that you're going to do is to try to reset factory settings. If you’re still getting the same error, the last steps is to locate sound file and if it is missing, please download it and copy it to your directory.
