This is a coat from Scottevest called the Transformer that has the following Features;

• 20 pockets that can fit many things
• Revolutionary transformer sleeve system that uses magnets to transform the vest into a jacket
• Wind resistant exterior with breathable lining
• machine washable
• Sleeves can be put into the jacket pocket when it is hot.

 

It is already available in the market for just $160 .
