I am just wondering if what is the software used for breaking news? And how it is related to some multimedia application all over the internet? The television and internet are the most influential programming station in the world and I want to know how they are developing it to make the best for the viewers.

What is the softwares used for breaking news?

You can subscribe to RSS feeds of news agencies. Every news agency has a website. First of all download a news feed aggregator which will collect news from RSS feeds. I recommend News Crawler. Download link for mews crawler is below:

http://www.newzcrawler.com/download.shtml

After download is complete, install the software and run.

Now visit the website of a news agency and copy the RSS feed link of the news category of your choice and add it to News Crawler. You can Subscribe multiple feeds at a time from different news agencies. I recommend Reuters
