What is the purpose of WiFi channel monitoring software Ubuntu? I just switched to this Ubuntu operating system and I cannot seem to find the wireless internet connection settings which will allow the user to view available near WiFi channels. Please guide me along the way.

WiFi channel monitoring software are used by network administrators and network design engineers. They use such type of software to avoid any CCI (Co-Channel Interference) that is developed whenever two WiFi networks are operated at almost same frequency which overlaps and noise is generated which interfere the signals.
