Hello King,

To resolve that issue, you will need to connect your computer with a cable to the Internet, and after that follow the instructions that have been outlined on the following page to install your wireless card drivers: How do I install a graphics or wireless card driver That way, you will be able to download and install the necessary drivers for it.

Regards,

Nicke

Hi King Lopezs,

This issue occurs because the device that you’re trying to install is not compatible with Ubuntu. That means you have to buy another graphic card which is compatible to your system. Or you may call the manufacturer of your graphics card.
