Literally, there is no such kind of computer that is suited for gaming, but what are the specifications of a gaming system. Well, you should buy a computer which has multiple cores, competitive GPU, a huge RAM, and. Etc. Yeah, there are still a lot of things we should consider in a gaming PC, but we will just focus on these parts. Anyway, I assume that you will be buying an already built computer so the rest would not be a problem anymore.

Well, there are two main manufacturers of processors namely Intel and AMD. Either of the two will really give you a satisfying gameplay, but you should still consider which of the tow you are going to buy. If we compare the two Intel is better in performance, but costs a lot in your pocket while AMD is also good in performance but not better as Intel; however, they are much cheaper than Intel. If you go for performance, then choose an Intel based computer, but if you go for affordability, then go for AMD based computer. I suggest you invest in "core i's if you go for intel, but if you go for AMD invest in AMD FX Series or Phenom II Series. 

When it comes to GPU, NVIDIA and ATI come in. Just go for GTX Series in NVIDIA, and mid 6000 HD Series or 7000 Series in ATI.. Just choose any of them; they are both good anyway. Well, just make sure it is DDR5, supports directx 11 or higher, shader 5.0, huge in memory, etc.

At your RAM, just make sure it has huge RAM memory to be able to support games of today. Maybe, a minimum of 4 GB is still okay. Just take advantage of all the slots. Insert sticks in all of the slots.

For the other parts, it was built already anyway. I mean I assume you are not planning to build one; you are just going to buy a CPU with the parts already so just consider all I have told you in buying a CPU.
