What customer service that have not being contacted so far in windows?

I am getting issues on the Help Manager on my Windows 2000.  I'm thinking if there is still customer service support which have not been contacted with regards to Windows 2000. How long is the warranty of Windows 2000 and its services? I need complete details about this product so please kindly please send me information.

Hi,

Since Windows 2000 is a very outdated operating system under Microsoft, it would be safe to assume that the warranty period has long been void and that they will no longer support customer service regarding that matter.

Even one of the best products of Microsoft; Windows XP will terminate their support service and security updates in the near 2014.
