What is the best way to always connect securely? I would like to discuss this topic for some security reasons. For example you are connecting to a wireless internet connection how would you be able to know that there are no other people accessing your network especially your important files. I hope you can give me an answer.

If you own a WiFi network check if it supports WPA-2 encryption. This method uses a 256 bit encryption which is quiet impossible to break. Never share your network key to anyone. This is the most reliable way to secure you wireless network.
Alternatively you can use MAC filtering technique to allow your network access to trusted devices of your choice only. If you are good enough at networking you can choose either of the option.
Else call a networking expert or your ISP support to get it done for you.
You need to install a program that will help you in this case the program is Hot Spot Shield. It acts as a proxy and what ever you send on the network is not possible to look even by your service provider. So I will ask you to install this software and you will never be seen on a network.
