I want to restrict a user to just access webmail by login username and password which will be allocated.

User should not have access to any files.

How to do it? Please help.

To get to do this you should do a basic authenticating. The three steps that have to be completed to be able to do basic authenticating are creating a password's file; this entails creating of a list of  passwords and user names which will have to be compared to as authority before a password or username is accepted as right. This is done in a server and because the files has sensitive information then it has to be outside of the document's directory.

Then set the configuration to use this file, optionally you can create group files. The process is simply authenticating, authorizing and accessing control and you are done.
