What is the problem I Connect the Internet

Hello I am trying to connect my internet but its not connecting.

Please someone tell me how to connect the internet?

What is the problem I Connect the Internet

First of all, are you using a modem and a router to connect to the internet? What operating system are you using?  If you are using Windows XP SP2 you can try the solution below:

Step 1.

Click Start>Run and then type ncpa.cpl on the text field. Click OK and then right click on your connection and click repair.

Step 2.

Click Start>Run> and then type netsh winsock reset and then hit OK. The command prompt will appear in a blink then restart your computer.

However, if you are using other OS and unsure of what to do, contact your Internet Service Provider and ask for assistance.

What is the problem I Connect the Internet

Dear swati,

There can be allot of problems, but this can be the major problems , make sure your ISP connection is working properly, first of all call your isp providers. before they come please check your dialup connection and your cables. One of the most important is check the internet connection try to make it and if you can not connect. then first and last thing is to call your ISP providers. Hope, this information will help you to connect the internet
