Your Microsoft Windows is not genuine. Maybe you have used an illegal software. To resolve this issue, you have to reformat your drive C. This is the default drive when you install Windows. The best way to fix this is to buy a genuine copy of Windows in Microsoft website. This will cost you money but it is safer than using an illegal copy.

Hi Evin,

You haven't specified which PC you are using and which OS you are using ,

Please note that while posting software related questions here please also add the details about the OS , its version and all then only we can tell you specifically otherwise we must tell the solution in general wise.

So expect only general solutions .
The problem is caused by WGA tool , windows genuine advantage notifications. Its because you are not a genuine user of windows and currently using a pirated version . I suggest you buy a genuine windows from Microsoft.

If you cannot means follow my steps :-
1.You can get the information regarding the removal of WGA from here :- https://www.wikihow.com/Remove-Windows-Genuine-Advantage-Notifications

2. you can download the automated WGA removal tool from here : –  http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/Uninstallers/RemoveWGA.shtml

The version of your Windows is not genuine. This is a problem when using an illegal version of your operating system. To resolve this, you need to purchase an original or genuine copy of Windows from Microsoft website. Or you can try to reformat your computer again and reinstall Windows on drive C (this is the default location when installing Windows).
