Vnc into xerox machine MFD from computer, is there the application that basically allows you to veiw and control the machines GUI right from the PC?

Vnc into xerox machine MFD from computer

You cannot do this but you can do it the other way around. From the Xerox machine, you can already edit the document once converted to a PDF file. From the machine you can already change the font, color, copy text and charts and do more edits which you can normally do only on your PC. Aside from the edits, you can attach audio and video files on the PDF document right from the Xerox machine. If you cannot see the GUI from your PC, this should offer some solution as well. It can make some of your tasks quicker and more convenient.
