Virus affected PC -All drives are empty

my PC has been affected by virus. This is my guess only. I have 80 GB hard disk and 1 Gb RAM. It’s a Pentium processor. I have five partitions in total including C drive. I had huge data in all the drives. Almost all the drives were full. Sad thing is after the recent restart, I am just seeing all drives as empty. Size and free space both are same. I can open the drives too. Even if I search some files, the results are not appearing. C drive is intact and all the documents too. I am very much worried. Can anybody please help? I cannot afford to lose the data. It’s simply precious with all the photos and other documents of decade period.

In this case, you files and documents are hidden in the hard drives, just where you left the data. A program that expressively hides files and folders commits to this. What you need to do is to go to the

-control panel and click on folder options.

-on the view button, go down to "Hidden Files and Folders"

-Highlight the "Show hidden Files, Folders and Drives".

Confirm if all your documents are there. Also use an antivirus to keep the security of your computer intact.
