Apple iOS 5.1 was launched very recently. I tried to install iOS 5.1 from Apple Server. I am having problems like 'Unable to check for updates' or the network connection cannot be established' etc. problems. How could I update to iOS 5.1?

Try updating through iTunes first. If it still doesn’t work, then you have to change your DNS settings on your Apple device to be able to update. Follow these steps:
1.  Go to Settings then choose Wi-Fi.
2.  From your Wi-Fi network, choose the blue arrow (on the right).
3.  On your DNS setting, delete everything and type 8.8.8.8. (This is the Google public DNS)
You can now back on updating your device.
